         江阴市惠尔信精密装备股份有限公司是一家致力于精密制造技术开发和转化的江苏省高新技术企业，拥有江阴和泰兴两个大型制造基地，可提供中大型精密机械零部件铸造、焊接、机械加工、涂装和装配的一站式服务，产品主要集中在风电、工业空调、压缩机、船用设备、纺织机械、工程机械、机床、石油钻井设备等行业领域。

        公司坚持走高、精、尖制造路线，并非常注重提升自己的智能化、无纸化加工及管理能力。公司的智能化恒温制造中心内，配置了日本MAZAK、西班牙Nicolas 、意大利PAMA、德国DMG等品牌的全进口数控加工设备40台，意大利Hexagon、德国Zeiss三坐标4台和3台Leica激光跟踪仪，为复杂结构体的精细化加工和精度验证提供了装备和环境保障；除此之外，公司的铸造中心，拥有整套先进的铸造设备设施，年产能6万吨；焊接中心，拥有多台机器人焊接系统；装配中心，可同时实现30个点的风电轮毂的一站式装配。2019年，公司基于私有云，将生产设备和各类办公、生产管理系统互联，实现并通过了工业化和信息化的“两化融合”认证。
